This EVGA Product is covered by a 2 (two) Years Limited Warranty. You may extend this Limited Warranty to a 10 (ten) Years Limited Warranty

• if your Product's model number ends with -AX, -AR, -A1, -A2, -A3, -ER, -WR, or -W1, (from here on referred to as an "E-Series" product);
• if your Product was purchased in Europe through a legitimate European EVGA retailer or e-tailer;
• and if you register this Product online at http://www.evga.com/register/ within 30 (thirty) days of original purchase.

The 10 Years Limited Warranty option is free of charge. It is available to the first owner of this Product only, and it is NOT transferable.

The 3 Years Limited Warranty option is free of charge. It is available to the first owner of this Product only, and it is NOT transferable.

If this Product becomes defective within the warranty period under normal operating conditions, EVGA will at its discretion repair or replace the product free of charge. The Product is guaranteed for 2 years (or 10 years) from the date of original purchase from any legitimate European retailer or e-tailer of EVGA products. The Warranty covers both material and workmanship, and the repair shall be carried out free of charge. We reserve the right to replace the product with an identical product or with a product with identical or better specifications, if the product is no longer available and/or cannot be repaired economically. The replacement product is warranted under these warranty terms and is subject to the same limitations and exclusions for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Packing, shipping cost to EVGA, installation cost, and/or any other cost or risk indirectly related to the actual repair, are not included in the warranty services and may be charged separately.

• Any claim under this warranty must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or other document showing the date of purchase and the full name and address of the retailer from whom the Product was purchased in Europe, and in addition:
  • Your full name and shipping address;
  • An error description report;
  • Customs documents provided by EVGA, if you live in a non-EU member country.
  If this information cannot be provided, or if the Product has been modified or altered in any way since the date of purchase, EVGA reserves the right to refuse to repair the Product under the terms of this Warranty.
• The Product has been manufactured so that it complies with all national or local standards and safety requirements applicable in the country of first sale by the manufacturer in Europe. Modifications necessary for use elsewhere are not covered by this Warranty, and no liability for repair will be accepted in respect of any work done in connection to this, or any damage to the Product arising from such work.
• This Warranty does not include:
  • Alterations to the Product;
  • Damage to the Product caused by inadequate or improper repairs carried out by any person or entity which is not authorized by the manufacturer to perform warranty services on its behalf;
  • Damage to the Product caused by negligence, accidents, modifications, defective installation or misuse and use of inappropriate spare parts;
  • Damage to the Product caused by fire, immersion in water, lightning, earthquake, inadequate ventilation, Acts of God, incorrect application of main voltage howsoever arising, or any other cause beyond the control of EVGA;
  • Damage caused to any other goods which can be used with the Product, but are not the Product itself;
  • Consumable or wearing items requiring replacement as part of normal service, including (but not limited to) dry cells and rechargeable batteries;
  • Products from which any or all serial numbers have been removed, modified or defaced.

This Warranty is available to any person, who has legally obtained this Product.

Subject as mentioned above, the Product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

These rights in no way interfere with, or otherwise affect the rights of the user of the Product under the applicable legal provisions.
